Do I Need To Be Fit To Start?
What Equipment Should I Bring?
Absolutely not! As long as you don't have any skeletal damage (Broken Bones), or muscular damage (Torn Muscles). You are all good to go!
The only requirement is a good pair of trainers, comfortable clothes and a water bottle. All equipment is provided, but you are more than welcome to bring your own gloves!
